Our services
What we build
House extensions
Rear, side return, wraparound and two storey extensions, built by one team from the first trench to the last coat of paint.
Loft conversions
Dormer, hip to gable and roof light conversions that add a proper bedroom and bathroom without losing the garden.
Kitchens
From a straight swap of units to knocking through for an open plan kitchen-diner, fitted by the people who also do the plumbing, electrics and plastering.
Bathrooms and en suites
Walk-in showers, wall-hung toilets, recessed niches and proper waterproofing, finished to the standard our customers write reviews about.
Full house refurbishment
Rewires, new layouts, staircases, joinery, floors, kitchens and bathrooms: a whole house brought up to date by one team and one point of contact.
Roofing
Full re-roofs, flat roofs, lead work, tile hanging and repairs, done properly with membrane, battens and flashing you'll never need to think about again.
Also: fencing, gates and patios and electrical work.
About WS Contractors
Run by a tradesman, not a sales team
WS Contractors is run by William Hayes, a qualified electrician who has spent over 20 years building, extending and refurbishing homes. He's on site, the same team sees your job through, and nothing waits on another trade.
